Everything you need for interval training
FitPacer adapts to the way you train, from a 4-minute Tabata to a full circuit with warm-up and cool-down.
A timer you can read from afar
Big numbers, one color per phase, 3-2-1 beeps and a screen that stays on while you work out.
Routines made to measure
Warm-up, sets, work, recovery, rest between exercises and between sets, cool-down.
Sounds and voice announcements
A sound of your choice for each phase, and a voice that announces the set and duration: no need to look at the screen.
History and progress
Workout calendar, weekly training time and your streak of consecutive days.
Reminders that learn
A daily reminder at the time you usually train, never after 10 pm.
Your data stays yours
Everything is stored on your phone; the optional online backup is end-to-end encrypted.
HIIT, Tabata or circuit: pick your format
Three templates covering the most common kinds of interval training.
HIIT timer
Alternate high and low intensity, for example 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of recovery, repeated over several sets. Great for cardio and interval running.
Tabata timer
The Tabata protocol in one tap: 8 sets of 20 seconds of all-out effort and 10 seconds of rest, 4 intense minutes.
Circuit timer
Chain named exercises (push-ups, squats, planks…) with a shared rest, and a longer rest between sets.
