The Pomodoro technique, with active breaks

Invented by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s, the Pomodoro technique splits work into 25-minute sessions separated by short breaks, with a longer break every 4 sessions. FitPacer turns them into active breaks: stand up, stretch, walk.
